UK DELIVERY

UK Economy

Dispatched within 2 working days. (Usually dispatched the same day if ordered before 4pm) - Free when you spend over £20.00

  • Your order will be dispatched the most economical way.  Delivery can take up to 5 working days but is usually no more than 3 working days.

  • If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.

  • Delivery will usually be with a courier such as myhermes, collect+ or citylink.

  • A tracking code will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched.

  • Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

UK Standard

Dispatched within 2 working days: £3.95 (Usually dispatched the same working day if ordered before 4pm)

  • Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail. (First Class Recorded)

  • A signature will be required on receipt.

  • If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.

  • Arrangement for re-delivery can be arranged by calling the phone number on the calling card or via the Royal Mail website using the tracking number supplied in our dispatched email.

  • Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

UK Express

Delivered next working day: £6.99 (See checkout for delivery date)

  • From Monday to Thursday, orders must be placed by 4pm to ensure delivery the next day. (If you are ordering after 4pm but before 5pm please call us to see if we can deliver next day)

  • Next Day orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday, except bank holidays (UK Only).

  • Orders placed on a bank holiday will be delivered in two working days.

  • Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

  • Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 07.00 and 13.00. Unfortunately we cannot give you a more specific delivery time than this.

  • A signature will be required on receipt.

  • If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the weather) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.

  • If the parcel cannot be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.

UK Saturday Delivery

Delivered on a Saturday: £7.99 

  • Orders placed up to Friday before 2pm will be delivered the next Saturday. (please call if you are slightly over the 2pm deadline as we may still be able to deliver on Saturday - 01502 560173)

  • Delivery will be between 9.00am and 1.00pm

  • A signature will be required

  • If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.

Store Pickup

Collection available when shops are open: Free

  • Orders placed must be collected within 7 days

  • A copy of your order confirmation must be shown

  • Returns must be made no later than 7 days after collection

RETURNS POLICY

Distance selling regulations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from match, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and have been unsealed. The items that this applies to are marked clearly in the product description. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number within 7 days by post to the address below. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge if applicable) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Some products are non-returnable for hygienic reasons; these will be clearly marked.

Please note:
• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the wrong item to return it to us.

Order not arrived
If you have not received your order within 7 working days after receiving our dispatch email, please notify us by emailing contact@matchclothing.co.uk We will then try and establish where your parcel is. If a Royal Mail or other courier claim needs to be made, 15 working days must pass before any refund/replacement will be considered.

Discount codes & vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Be careful not to snag the garment on a piece of jewellery which may damage the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
